James Simwa

James is responsible for overall business entry into Africa advisory. An economics and financial professional with more than 20 years’ experience managing complex and diverse project portfolio. James is responsible for the overall coordination of Countingdesk associates and specialists in all African countries. His past experience includes 10 years at Standard Chartered Bank and several years with Pan African consulting firms. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics (1997) from University of Nairobi and a diploma in IT from Strathmore University.

Angels Sibindi

He leads Countingdesk Accounting and Payroll management. Angels has more than 16 years experience in private and INGOs in Angola, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, South Africa and Tanzania. His past work assignments include 5 years as Head of Finance in Angola, Mozambique and South Africa. In his current role at Countingdesk, he is oversees all the accounting and payroll compliance for all African countries. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from University of Stellebosch, South Africa.

Sylvanus Omoi

He leads Countingdesk Compliance and Internal Controls assements function. He has more than 15 years experience as a Controller and Director of Finance & Compliance for multiple organizations both as full time employee and long term consultants in Africa, Middle East and South East Africa. He is a CPA (Kenya), holds Bachelors and MBA degrees from Strathmore University and Stellenbosch University in South Africa. Mr. Omoi has travelled widely within the African continent, United States, Europe and Asia.
